People's orientation of Valentine's Day keeps changing from the conventional practice of living debauched lifestyles to fostering productive relationships.
Ghanaian musician Okyeame Kwame and his wife, Annica Nsiah-Apau, have for the past years brought lovers together to celebrate true love in the month of love – February.
This year, the event will be held on February 23, 2019, at Pearly Gates at East Legon, on the East Legon Police Station road.
The programme brings together partners to have a good time and also honour them.
Even though it does not fall on Valentine's Day, it is being held in February (the month of love) truly represents the objects of the event.
This year's 'Flaunt your lover' which is the third edition, will go beyond music and dance. It is going to be a movie in the park event for the lovers to regale themselves with.
Patrons will watch a movie and have discussions on relationship issues. There will be music, good food, a Q&A session and opportunities for networking.
The programme starts at 8pm prompt.
Even before the programme, Okyeame Kwame and his wife Annica had taken to social media to share their expectations for the programme.
Last year, the love partners were treated to quality entertainment and food at the Alisa Hotel amidst a talk by a prominent marriage counsellor.
According to Annica Nsia-Apau, who is the manager and wife of Okyeame Kwame, they expect to use the event to deepen the bonds between married couples and people in love.
She also urged people on love to be part of the event.
Currently, Okyeame Kwame is out with his new single 'Bra' ahead of the release of the 'Made in Ghana' album.
